We are headed over to WDW on Saturday for a week from Tampa. I just feel so terrible for everyone in Orlando right now with so many horrible things that have happened the past few days, I would love to somehow show some extra love and support to CMs at Disney when we are there. I know they lost cast members and many lost friends or family in the shooting and now this horrific alligator incident.
I know a smile, hug and general polite behavior go a long way but does anyone have any ideas of small tokens or items or anything we could bring with us to maybe help spread some love to the CMs?

I think kindness in general goes a long way. Maybe you could wear a ribbon to show that you support their community. I don't know this has just been such a very, very difficult week there in Orlando, so much senseless loss of life. It's so hard to want to help and feel so helpless.

My hope is that there are lots more people like yourself that will show them kindness, understanding, and love.

I would agree with ribbons or words at this time. Think more meaningful than token which they might not want or a physical approach such as a hug. It is nice to think of them but just smiling or saying thank you might be best.

On the" Official Everthing SW at DHS ..."thread there is a post (#8216) on page 411 with info on a tribute on Saturday night at 11pm at MK. I'm having trouble linking but it mentions a Facebook group that it putting it on. (I would love to go but I have to be up Sunday at 5am for work).
Otherwise, just be kind to CMs and even other guests. And I hope you have a wonderful time!.
