Wow, I'm totally impressed with Hasbro!

I bought my DD a FurReal Friends cat last December. The cat's head always seemed droopy to me and made a grinding noise when the cat was activated. I figured it was probably the mechanism and that was the best the toy could perform. My neighbor bought one for her DD and theirs doesn't have those problems.

Anyway, I emailed Hasbro last night about the problem and they responded today. They are mailing me a prepaid shipping label for us to return it and they will replace it with a new one! I'm impressed!!! Excellent customer service, something rare these days!

My DD will be so happy when she gets the new one. "Santa" will be bringing her the matching kitty. They are too cute!!! Ok, so I like them too.

We had a problem with a toy a long time ago when DS was 2 or 3. Not only did they replace the toy but they also sent 2 other toys along as well! Glad to see they still have very good customer service. Annmarie

Seriously, I'm glad that you got the service we all deserve when we're less than pleased with a certain product.

I didn't expect their response, it's not everyday that a company cares to make "things" right for a customer. I'm still impressed! I plan to write them an email/letter letting them know how pleased I'm with the way they are handling this.
