I haven't seen way.com mentioned too much in the recent posts about buying discounted tickets, but perhaps I've just missed it. I ordered 3-day park hoppers through them this past weekend, and just wanted to check on experiences from others. Mine was a bit odd.
I placed the order on their web site Saturday evening, and immediately received a confirmation email as expected. About an hour later I got another email, from "Support", asking me to confirm my name, billing address and shipping address - all of which I already supplied when I ordered the tickets, so I thought it was weird they would ask for it again. I responded with the info. Then today (5 days later) I got a phone call, asking to confirm my shipping address AGAIN, which I did. The guy said they would be sending the tickets via certified mail, so now I'll wait.
The whole process just seemed a little bizarre, and I'm half fearful I'm going to walk up to the gates, only to have a cast member tell me "I'm sorry sir, these are not valid tickets". Looking for some reassurance from others who have used them that nothing fishy is going on.
