WATP - express?

I am looking into getting WATP express but can't seem to find a 3 mile? Is there one? I can find a DVD with 1 & 2 on it and then the 4 mile. Does anyone know where I can find a 3 mile DVD / Tape ?

Have your tried Target? I thought I saw the individual tapes there. I bought my 1, 2 and 3 mile as part of a 2 DVD set there.

Where did you see a 4 mile WATP? I haven't seen the 'express' tapes offered at my Target. Only the regular ones and a Christian walking tape. I want to see what the difference is between my 'regular' ones and the 'express' ones.

I don't have a target in town, the closest one is an hour away. And wouldn't you know I was just there last week and totally forgot to look for them.

I found the 4 mile tape at amazon.com, along with the 1 - 2 mile. But for some odd reason they don't have the 3.

Here is the link to the 1,2 and 3 mile DVD's on Amazon. There are 2 DVD's. The first DVD has the 1 and 2 miles on it. The second DVD is just the 3rd mile. This is the same one I bought at Target.

Terry-

The regular tapes use the weighted balls, the Christian tapes do not use anything extra. The express tapes use the purple stretchie band. You might also check out iqvc.com as they have a variety of tapes.
