waterproof phone pouch

I'd like to purchase waterproof phone pouches to take to volcano bay. Are you allowed to wear them around your neck while on the rides?

I never trust those. I double, sometimes triple, ziploc baggie my phone. I use cargo skorts or shorts with zippered pockets and in it goes. Locker still needed on very few rides my way but no biggie. Kind of nice to be phone less for a while!

Just want to know if anyone knows for you are allowed to wear them on a lanyard around your neck on the water rides at Volcano Bay.
