Water taxi in Tortola, anyone?

I'm scrambling to find a new beach adventure for us since Disney cancelled our excursion to Jost Van Dyke. All their other beach trips are full so and everyone charter company I've contacted is unavailable as well. We really don't want to go to West End on our own and catch our ferry so we re looking for a water taxi. Has anyone used one in Tortola or nearby?
