Water Parks outside DW

Has anyone done the water parks outside DW? Are they as good as TL and BB or should I just stick to those two? Also, how are costs in comparison to inside DW versus outside?

There are two that are closer to Universal, Watermania and Wet and Wild.

Watermania is a little cheaper, a little less flair, and a little less crowded.

Wet and Wild is a little more expensive, more slides and attractions, and bigger crowds.

Both, however are cheaper than the Disney Water parks.

It's a nice change up from the Disney parks, but the lack of Disney magic is definately a deterrent for me.
