Water Park transportation

Easy question (and almost positive answer is "yes")...do the busses travel from the parks to the water parks? If we want to go from say AK to TL we can do that directly without having to transfer at a resort correct?

Ak and Blizzard beach are the same bus, DTD and Typhoon Lagoon share a bus
