Water Mouse Info

Okay, wife and I are staying at the Poly in June and she wants to rent a water mouse (the boats that are parked there in the lagoon, I assume). What do I need to know in regards to price, time, degree of fun, etc....?

Rent them for an hour - I think it's 36 bucks. Get your own as you'll be able to go faster. They are so much fun. Make sure you explore all of the lagoon including over by the WL.

I take it you rented at either the Poly or the GF? I was going to rent mine at Ft Wilderness. I wanted go cruise around the remnants of River Country and Discovery Island.

you can rent them at several resorts, contemporary, Poly, GF- anything on the water for deluxes, as well as CBR, POR....they rent them in 30 min increments I believe

Rent at any of the monorail resorts.

30mins. $22.50 with tax 1 hour $30.00 from the poly, we thought 1 hour would be good, but we ended up bring them back after 30 mins. to many mouses on the lagoon, pontoon boats and the transportation from the ticket station and the MK , to wavey and we are boaters on lake michigan, lol.lol

Son and I went out on one from CBR about ten days ago. $22.00/ half hr. They were very slow with both of us. Son is eight and not very big. Definitely take by yourself.

Is there a weight limit on these?? Can 2 adults ride together or will we have to take out separate boats?

The experience at CBR doesn't compare to the experience at 7 seas lagoon! The boats are faster and location rocks. Next time rent at a monorail resort - much more fun.

I'm pretty sure the weight limit is around 300 lbs, but not positive. You'll definitely be able to go faster in separate boats however HTH!

If you are staying at the Poly, you may want to consider going with the family plan. It's $199 for your length of stay and you can take out the water mice, pontoon boats, etc. for unlimited use. We love this feature!
