Water from Walmart

I was just on Walmarts website and saw they will delivery a case of water for 97 cents. Has anyone done this and had it shipped to WDW?

Yes there are dozens of threads about shipping water but I have not seen any that addresses Walmart.

My guess is that ordering water from Walmart won't be any different than from Staples or any of the other places that ship through UPS/USPS.

I have ordered many many items from wm and have had them shipped to many locations. Their delivery time is unpredictable. Sometimes quick and sonetimes not.

I am looking at doing this for our stay in June. Curious how far ahead to ship...
I'm also thinking of having cereal and snacks shipped from WM to our resort. Hard to beat the prices.

Water was delivered yesterday and we arrive on Friday. Called.the resort and they are holding it till we get there! Quick delivery!!

One thing to keep in mind - if you are staying at a convention resort (I think they are Beach Club, Coronado Springs, Contemporary and maybe GF???), it has been reported that they charge $10 for packages.

so just wanted to update
Got home yesterday from Pop Century. They held my water till we checked in for no fee. I paid 4.45 for the case of water and shipping. water in the park was 2.50 a bottle, so for 24 bottles thats 60.00 -- SO I SAVED 55.55!!! I can't believe that i haven't done this before!! I will be doing this for future trips!! thanks for the idea!

We stayed ar CR. One trip we were charged and one we were not. I believe when I shipped via regular shipping I wasnt charged. When I used fedex (or quick shipping method. I can't remember which one) we were charged.

Hi Everyone! I am heading to the world next friday.

I am planning on placing an order for water from Walmart this weekend, however has anyone ordered anything else along with the water. I was thinking of ordering some snacks my son likes that I cannot find at Disney...& since we are not driving we can't really go to a supermarket to pick it up.

when ordering water, for the address put the name and address of the Disney resort you will be staying at, your name, reservation number and arrival date.

i ordered it the saturday before we left and it arrived on Tuesday. We didn't arrive till Friday! They kept it for us till we checked in. i was suprised it got there so quickly. when I ordered it it said that it wouldn't be there till Saturday cuz it took 5-7 days to ship! have a great trip!!

We've done that before using staples and costco. It worked out well for us.
