Sorry i didn't post to replies yesterday I WAS WAY TOO EXCITED ABOUT BOOKING!!!
So here we go.

Yep, trip is coming up in 30 days! We are there February 8 -15th. I'm still debating on whether to do a quick PTR or not. I have a hard enough time keeping up with one thread let alone two!

I see you have one! and i can't wait to hear about how this all goes!!!

Mo, yes, Emily and the girls got home last night. Caroline (the 15mo old) got a bad cold and it was no sleep for them the night before. I'm sure Emily is exhausted. Her DH is in Kuwait, so she has to handle everything herself. Thanks for asking.

Glad everyone got home safe! BOOO on the cold for the poor baby!!! hope she gets better quickly! hard taking care of a sick baby! hope she gets rest she needs too.

Jennifer is doing okay. Once she got over the shock and disappointment of not being on the road to recovery as she thought, she set her thoughts to what she could do to help things along. She misses not being able to do things with her children the most I think. She is used to doing for others, not being the recipient of others help. I think God is using this situation to help teach her to be a good recipient.

this poor girl needs a vacation and a good time when this is all over!!! She is still in my prayers!!!

So, on a fun note, we got our magic bands on Tuesday after getting our ME package on Monday. Gotta love the Mickey Mail!! We're getting close, which means I need to get the outfits I'm making for Charlotte done asap.

OHHHHHHHHHHH HOW FUN!!!! i cannot wait to hear about your trip!!!

It is what it is.. I cannot control the construction. the rumors will keep coming. I won't know what is going on until we get there. If it is unlivable then of course we will ask to be moved...
TRUTH. the monorail will be undergoing some repairs this month. will be completed in March! at least i know that will be working!

I have a BOAT load of paperwork to get done for Volleyball SO BEHIND! Dog training- tonight starts a new beginner class, and baseball, Then softball starts for Meg tonight too..

I wouldn't sweat too much about the construction because you will be at Disney!! Construction at Disney is better than no construction and stuck at home, right? There's aways construction somewhere at Disney but I see that as a good thing because it means new stuff to see and do!

After our big win again with volleyball i came home and crashed OUT!!!
i can't believe i did that..

Didn't have to work so i jumped on the computer to start planning..

little did i know Tom is also on his computer LOOKING AT MENUS!!!

yes he is as excited as i am that we are going back!!!

You know, don't give the condition of the Poly any more thought. Bottom line is, it will probably be perfectly acceptable, but if not, you can request to be moved. I know the Poly is your favorite, but there is magic in lots of the resorts, so just concentrate on the fact you're GOING TO DISNEY and don't waste your energy on something you have no control over anyway. That way goes madness, my girl!

Love that the munchkins want to go back so much. They will be over the moon when you spring the surprise on them. Your plan sounds perfect and the wording you just used is great. I would be in tears and unable to capture the moment on film. And it will be here before you know it! I'm so excited for you!!!

ETA: Thanks for the continuing prayers for Jennifer. Her doctor wants her to continue with her PT to strengthen her leg muscles since she was unable to walk on it for so long. This will help with her recovery. So, her surgery will be sometime in March. She has a really great attitude about it now and is coping really well. She has a strong faith and that is what gets her through whatever comes her way.

Oh, and Dan and I LOVED Saving Mr. Banks!! I'd love to see it again.

again i am so thankful to be able to write to you all and get all this Disney stuff off my mind and NOT ruin it for the kids.
Even if the kids are going out of their mind thinking they aren't going until next year.. to see the hurt in their eyes KILLS ME! Matt said he would go and get a job...
SO i am thinking if i put out a Disney savings jar i would be safe?? they might notice it gone the Friday before we leave?!?!
this way they have some hand in the planning?!?
I did ask them what is the ONE restaurant they would want to go to..

Meg must go to a princess meal. So i believe Cindy'd royal Table will be the way to go there.
I have not been anble to talk to Jen about any planning yet. Waiting on her to give me a date we drop kids off and go and plan somewhere.
the 180 mark is creeping up on us quickly!!!

Poly:
I can't worry about this, I will keep a watchful eye on the construction of the GCH and pools. granted there is the quiet pool. hope they don't think it will stay quiet with our bunch.
We will still be able to watch wishes from the beach, along with the water pageant. i have nothing really to complain about. the room is beautiful the monorail will be up and running... so i guess the construction won't be that offensive. honestly with all the people complaining about it, and moving their reservations elsewhere, we might have the resort to ourselves!

Free Dining:
I heard the rumor Free dining will be out in May??

Park days:
What are your MUST do on arrival days? We have done MK the first day and Epcot first day..
Thinking maybe do MK and have dinner at Ohana that night? First time Disney folks are going to want to see the castle as soon as possible!

My cousin surprised us with matching tie-dye shirts this past trip (post pictures later when I get home). They were really cute and bright! I can find out how she did them if you want. Then she just used a transfer to put our names on the front.

Mom made several t-shirts for our trip, she used iron ons for a couple. You can get some that you can print images onto from the computer and then iron on the t-shirt. that would be cool with all the stuff you have you could probably do a great one!!!

Plus there is a company called Celebration shirts. We ordered some with the CSR logo before we changed resorts, they personalize and have a facebook page. I will be ordering some more from them, especially since we are staying at POR now

Tie dye shirts can be fun - the same yet every one is a bit different. Of course, the ones I did last year did NOT turn out very well. Believe it or not, I never did tie dye before. Now I know why - they are just awful.

First day for us is always MK... we will have dinner at Tony's more than likely that night.

Mo, I'm sorry I'm a little behind. Didn't get on this weekend and things have been hectic with family stuff.

I am so happy that you are booked. That is just awesome!

The planning can really get moving now. I like most of your "can't delete this restaurant." Too funny that hubby is looking at menus too.

I've not heard anyone who has used the new Memory Maker thing yet (they tried selling it to us in December but I'd already purchased the Photopass + for that trip).
