Oh boy! Got a call from the school nurse. Katie got mad at her teachers, so she punched herself in the mouth.

They were trying to get her to sign "swings" on the playground. She didn't want to. Instead she made a fist, and bopped herself in the mouth. Her lip or gums were bleeding.

No loose teeth that we can tell.

I woke up about 3 and couldn't go back to sleep for a long time last night. Then one of the boys woke up @ 6:30 & somehow didn't wake the other one up (they share a room) and so he came & slept w/ DH & I.

Worked this morning, went to a playdate, came home swept & mopped kitchen, cleaned tables & counter in kitchen, put together the 2 boosters we got yesterday. Then I finally got to check here. Now need to go get ready to go pick up stepkids for dinner.

In my spare time I hang out in Loserville and hang out with people who let the laundry pile up as high as I do. I also just won the award for "Meanest Mother of the Year".

True. I can say he is so good to me it is makes me cry. Evry night he just rubs my back until I fall asleep. He still reads to me when I have to have my test done at the DRS and also during my treatments. one of my DRS told him she wants to bottle what he is made of and hand it out to others. She says it brings tears to her eyes every time she is told by anyone about him.

Evening losers.

I was sooooooooooooooooooooooo bored today that I did all the laundry, folded most of it (not put away yet), unloaded the dishwasher & put another load in, transfered more recipes, made dinner for the family (tacos & spanish rice) and now I am done for the night

After baseball practice, I got subs from Subway for dinner. Second night in a row for carryout, we had pizza last night. Still have some left. The great thing is that I bought whole subs for eveyone-they are $5 now, and they can have the other half tomorrow in their lunch. So no making sandwiches tomorrow...

I started out today as a winner mom, went into DS8's class before it started and had the kids all write a nice note for their teacher for Teacher Appreciation week. They loved doing it, and I think she is really going to like them. I also took in a letter to the parents describing what we are doing and what we would like them to do. When I got home from picking the kids up after school, I looked in his book bag, and found his copy of the note. To my horrow, I had put the wrong dates on it, at least they didn't make sense so no one took it seriously. So I had to sit down and write/print a correction letter. This is how I do things. I screw them up...then i fix them.


funny thing, last night I probably could have been elected president of the PTA. the ballot was blank..and no one at the meeting would volunteer. finally after much prodding, two women agreed to co chair. But if I wanted it , I could have probably gotten it, it took them a long time to give in. OMG, what a mess I culd make of that before school even starts in the fall!!
