Wasn't Lightning Magic Supposed to be for sale?

Is there a thread about the Lightning Magic being sold? I thought I saw a post with a photo of the "Making the Magic" Imagineer saying that along with Shark Magic that Lightning will be for sale I tried looking and can't find the photo. I found the photo of Shark Magic. Anyone who attended the event know or remember the Imagineer saying this?

I thought it was, but who knows with vmk. They also said they would release flying carpet magic this past month, but did they? no, no one knows anymore.
