Was were you grew up where your parents grew up?

Where in PA? My dads family is from the Hazelton area but going through some small towns, Tamaqua, was one that I recall. I believe there was another town that we would say, you blink and you are through it. My great grandfather died in a coal mine collapse.

Coalport, PA. My grandfather died from black lung.

Grew up in the same house my mom grew up in. My grandparents gave us the house when I was a baby.

Yes. my dad was born and raised in the small town I spent the first 12 years of my life. My mom grew up in the next town over where we moved when I was 12. They had never lived anywhere else.
