Was this really VMK beta?

Looks like some kind of test or early version or something. You can see a bunch of different minor things on everything. Some of the stuff looks really bad, but some stuff, like the pirates game and messages, look better. It sure is puzzling me.

This was before beta. I have seen that picture around for quite a while. It is either artist's conceptions of what the rooms were to look like, or very early programming. The final versions (even during beta) were very similar to what we have now.

I don't recall seeing those differences in beta. Then again, it was several months ago. I joined May 24th, so if there was stuff before that it may have looked different.

want to know what i think? i think vmk was supposed to be the next toontown with those nice graphics, then dinsey decided to use it to market the parks. why else would the scale DOWN the graphics.

Dark, you have a good point... But I still think that they shouldn't market the parks, because there are people that can't even go to Disney, and they shouldn't feel excluded.
