Was this on a podcast??

I have a very odd question that I hope someone here has the answer to. Sometime ago I either heard something on a podcast, read it here on the boards, on Facebook, or on one of the blogs. I can't imagine where else where I would've heard it bc this is where I get 99% of my Disney info and news!

Because I can't remember anything without writing it down (so sad I know lol) I often put a reminder in my cell phone. That way it will make a really annoying noise until I check it and then remind me of something I had to do. While looking through some upcoming reminders (bc I forget they are there haha) I saw one during my upcoming August trip that said "Cinderella fountain MK". And it's for 5:30. I have some vague recollection of something that happens at some fountain every afternoon? Or is there something by the castle - a water fountain that does something cool? LOL I have now come to realize that my reminders have to be more detailed bc I can't remember what they mean LOL. If anyone has any clue what this might be, I'd appreciate your help. I'm 39 and hear this only gets worse.....

Well, not sure if this was on a podcast, but the fountain your speaking of is at the Magic Kingdom in behind the castle......here's a pic.

If you stand correctly in front, you can fit the crown on her head.

Ok that's it! Thank you! I've been trying to figure out what the heck it meant haha! I don't ever rem seeing that fountain before. It's on the to-do list for my next trip. Along with finally riding Dumbo Thanks again!!!

It is...and it's a child sized drinking fountain.

When children are drinking from the fountain, they are at the right height to see Cinderella wearing her crown.

It's all about sight lines and kids are built just right.

LOL I thought I'd drink from some fountain and a song would play, lights would shine, and birds would fly overhead. So I guess I'll be disappointed in more ways than one haha! Still, it will be something I never noticed before. And that's what I've been concentrating on my last few trips. Seeing the little things and taking time to enjoy the space around me instead of rushing around like a nut to just get on the rides

I just read something online that said you can bow down and then look up at her and it looks like the crown "magically" rests on her head. I'm def checking it out
