I always wonder what kind of algorithm they use to figure out when to offer the rates. We got the Entertainment rate for all of Thanksgiving week last year including Thanksgiving day, and I booked that months in advance. I have noticed this year that Thanksgiving day has not been on the list at all although the days leading up to it are. Two years ago we got all of Memorial Day weekend, and last year we got Valentine's/President's Day weekend. Maybe these are less popular holidays or were projected to be.

Seems within the realm of possibility that July 4 could have been a ET rate day, but it hardly seems to matter now that it has come and gone. It's not like it being a discount day once is very useful in predicting whether it will be again since day of the week, crowd/vacation patterns, and the economy are ever-changing factors. The only holidays that it would truly surprise me to see entertainment rates for would be Christmas and New Year's Eve.
