Was Port Orleans French Quarters included in any Disney discounts this past July?

We are planning a trip next July and want to stay at POFQ. I just wondered if they were included in any discounts Disney put out this past July.

It was included in the agency exclusive discount last year 6/18-7/3 and 7/15-7/21.
