Was never on hold!...

Hi to all future PS do-ers.

Don't be too discouraged if you read other posts from people being on hold for an hour to make PSs.

I called today (Labor Day) at about 10:00 am PST (1:00 pm EST) and I got right on to a CM. I was never put on hold.

Sad thing is, I was only making one for PS for my trip. All others will be made when I'm there if the need be. If I was making PSs for the whole trip duration then I may have been put on hold.

I began calling at 6:55 a.m. Eastern time (3:55 my time) and was on hold for 1.5 hours. I finally hung up because I knew CRT was hopeless! I'll try again tomorrow!

The same with me. I was on hold for a 1 hr. 40 min.!! I finally hung up because I was also trying for CRT. I tried again later that morning and got through only to be told they were not taking priority seatings and they are taking names, numbers, and the location you want and calling people back. Well, I gave them my information and never got a call back. The good news is that I called this morning and got my PS for breakfast at CRT!! Hooray!

I was on hold for over an hour the last two times I called. I finally hung up both times.
