Was Free Dining Bounceback offered during November?

We were offered Free Dining Bounceback while we were at WDW during Free Dining in September. And I'm pretty sure my friends who spent Christmas at WDW were offered it too.

Was it offered any time during November? If so, what dates? A November 2008 trip would be nice, but even nicer if I could get a Free Dining Bounceback out of it for 2009. But I'd need to know what dates stand the best chances of offering bounceback.

I'm pretty sure I saw that flyer on the tables in the food court when we were at POR the week after Thankgiving... can't be sure as I didn't seriously consider it because we can never plan that far in advance. We were there the Sunday after Thanksgiving for 5 nights.

In Nov/December 2006 there was a Bounceback Free Dining offer for 2007:

Check ins between 8/5/07-9/29/07 "Bounceback" package discounts ("free dining") only for guests staying at WDW Resorts in Nov-Dec 2006 and willing to prebook their next vacation for Aug-Sept 2007, became available on 11/8/06, exp 12/31/06

In 2007, Guests who were already there for Free Dining in August/September were able to book the same package for 2008.

This is what we saw in our room during Sept. 2007. As I said, I could swear our friends were offered free dining for Sept. 2008 when they went to WDW at Christmas 2007. (I know anyone can get free dining in Sept. 2008, but I'm referring to the bounceback "extra" week that is the week after free dining ends for everyone else.)

I wondered if it was offered at Christmas, if it might be offered at Thanksgiving or just before. I'd really like to go then in 2008, but it may hinge on a 2009 Bounceback offer.....

Sorry, I don't know about November; but there we were offered a bounceback of 30% off a Value or Moderate or 40% of a deluxe during our stay in October. I wish I'd taken advantage of it! However, we had been doing better with AP and AAA discounts.
