Was anyone at MNSSP on Sept 16? Did you request partial compensation from guest services?

As the subject says. It was pouring torrential rain till 8, and things were ….diminished up till the fireworks. Truncated parade, no cadaver Dans that I saw, mass confusion from CMs on the delayed 8:15 parade. It was fine from 10-midnight but that wasn’t enough time for all the experiences. I don’t know the refund etiquette.

While I was not there last night the MNSSHP Disney's official policy is that tickets are non-refundable and the party is "rain or shine".

Wasn't there but have been at several Halloween and Christmas parties where it rained and parts of the party did not happen or were delayed.
By purchasing the tickets you agree that its a possibility.
If the entire party was cancelled like in the case of a hurricane they will refund but not when they still have the party and it just happened to be raining.

No full or partial refund since you already went in the park. Disney can't control the weather.

Nope. We were rained out (not even a parade or stage show) several years ago. People need to understand that it's a roll of the dice when you attend an outdoor event.
