Online would not let me add 1 night to my Sat and Sunday reservation. Online showed availability for Sat-Sun-Mon-Tues Wed. Called exactly at 7am, they said the wait would be an hour, but was only about 10 minutes. The rep said she had to check with guest services. After about a 25 minutes she was able to do it for me. I did tell her at the onset of the call that it would let me add 2 nights, not just 1.
My question is, was she stuck on hold with me the whole time. for a 130.00 change. Why does Disney make it so difficult for situations like this? Why not give their customer service reps the ability to make decisions like this and change the booking? Is this why the hold times are so long?
