...so I thought I would share.
We started the Sisters of the Yellow Rose in February and officially had our first Manifestion (outing) on Easter Sunday. It was only a few weeks ago, that we received full Mission status from the UNPC and we're now officially recognized as a Mission House of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. It's been a LOT of work just to get to this point. I never thought that my partner and I would be dressing up like Nun's, spreading joy and happiness along with chairity work, fundraising and community service. Our lives have truly changed.
Saturday, we had a special guest from Portland SPI, Sister Mona Little-More, come give us our Vow's as Novice Sisters. It was an emotional ceremony that was performed in front of leaders from the community as well as numerous friends.
A year from now, we're hoping to be a fully professed house and can officially be called Sisters.
Also, for those who want to be friends of Eve's on FB, just search NvSr Eve Angelica.
