Warranties fron DCL recomended shops?

I purchased a watch at a DCL recomended jewlery shop on our Dec. 02 Wonder sailing in Nassau. I wore it at castaway snorkeling (the only real time in water since we live in a Chicago burb, lake Michigan is a little chilly this time of the year). I must have submerged it while helping a neighbor replace a sump pump last Friday. The inside of the chrystal has water in it. Do I call the watch manufacturer? Try and call the jewlery store? I remember the DCL person when we disembarked telling us the DCL guarenteed purchaces. Any ideas????
The only other problen I've ever had was the liquor I purchaced evaporating....hehehehe That's what I told DW happened to it.
 
I know that most of the guarantees are for a 30 day period. Also there is a difference in water resistant and water proof - so you may be out of luck - however worth a try -
