I was very surprised to read of the rude relatives' comments. I love weddings and there is ALWAYS something nice to say! Maybe the bride looked beautiful, maybe the flowers were lovely, or the music was fun to dance to, or the setting was special. Even if the food was terrible, did you enjoy the company at your table? If you can't think of anything worth mentioning, you can always tell the couple how happy you are that they found each other and wish them well in their new life together.
