Warning to all planning to use I-95 near Baltimore in immediate future

The highway is closed at least into 1/14 due to a major accident. I live in NJ. My DD's live in VA and were here to attend their grandfather's funeral. They left early afternoon and got stuck in the major traffic jam on I-95. They keep calling from their cell phone with updates.
