wowsers...thats awful. Disney really has dropped in guest services. I'm really sorry for all your trouble. Hope you enjoy your stay!
I can't get them to return my email regarding our awful stay at the Poly...its just not the same at WDW anymore.

AMEN! AMEN! I don't know what's going on but I've had 2 recent unpleasantries with WDW and I definitely got the impression I was being ignored both times. Frankly my family has noticed a huge decline in customer service and we've commented how we wish things would return to the way they were in the "old" days. Can't everyone just play nice in the sandbox???
