Wanting to go to Sight & Sound theatre in PA - any deals or tips??

I want to take my kids to see "A Miracle Of Christmas" but the tickets are so expensive!! Any promo codes going on, I can't seem to find any. Also if we spend the night, are there Christmas-y things to do down there in that area (Lancaster/Strasburg) or anything my kids would like? Thanks.

Sorry, I have no tips on a discount for Sight and Sound. Only time I have ever really gotten a significant discount was once a few years ago - a homeschooling special. That was a rarity.

You asked about things to do. Something my family really has enjoyed the two times we did it, was the Santa train ride on the Strasburg railroad. Again, not cheap ($17 adults and $10 for kids), but it was really a nice trip and the kids greatly enjoyed it.

I've never heard of discounts other than the group discount...and if I recall correctly... you need a pretty large group.
It is a fabulous show though

I just received a special from Sight and Sound, and I immediately thought of this thread.

The code is SS10CM - good for 1 free adult ticket with purchase of one adult ticket (good for groups up to 15) for the Miracles of Christmas shows Tuesday thru Thursday December 14 - December 30.

You must order the tickets on Monday, November 29 (good on phone and internet orders).

We have been in about 5 years but when we went in June, the weekday matinee was significantly cheaper than the weekend shows. We sat in the balcony to save a bit more on top of that. The middle of the balcony seats were fantastic for viewing the whole theater as the shows we saw used the whole theater at times.
