Wanting to go in Nov 2013

To all DIS peeps

Looking at going back to WDW in Nov 2013(not Thanksgiving week).
We(2 Adults) are looking at staying at either POR or POFQ

QUESTIONS
1) Is free dining offered ??
2) Any Package deals ??
3) Room only discounts better deal than Package

Well, as for all of your questions, it may or may not happen. Disney decides when and what. Don't give up hope and be prepared not to have the discounts or free dining. If you have a Disney Visa card, you may be notified thru email or regular mail for room discounts..good luck I am hoping to get some kind of offer for August 2013

Package information is being released next Wednesday for 2013 so no one has any factual information yet on pricing or package deals.

I planned to go the week after Thanksgiving assuming Thanksgiving 2013 was the 2nd to last Thursday of the month. As my luck would have it Thanskgiving 2013 is the last Thursday of the month. :-( Gotta tweak my plans.
