Any suggestions would be appreciated for a safe, clean and reasonably priced hotel in the Rocky Mount area or nearby.

There is a small Hampton Inn there right off of I-95. In the parking lot is a Cracker Barrel and the hotel has a great free breakfast. Rates are reasonable there and it is very clean and quiet.
