Want to work at Disney next summer...

Does anyone know how I could apply to work at WDW next summer? Is there even a way to do this? I'll have finished my sophomore year of college at that point. My school does the College Program, but I don't want to leave school for a semester.

As mentioned, with the exception of Summer Alumni Programs offered on occasion, the Walt Disney World Resort does not offer any domestic Disney Internships and Programs opportunities that span the summer exclusively.

You may be interested in a Casual Temporary (Seasonal) role, which would allow you to work during school holidays.

It should be noted that Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc. does not provide housing to Casual Temporary Cast Members. In addition, all Cast Members are expected to have reliable transportation to and from the Walt Disney World Resort, regardless of shift time.

You can get a seasonal role. There are a lot of people at my work location that work seasonal and just live in Florida during the summer. I think one of the girls has a four month lease at an apartment nearby the CP housing (Cumberland Park?). It's completely possible, but like others have said above... If you're looking to do the College Program you would have to work the entire semester to be eligible for the summer programs.
