Want to rent a 1 BR at OKW Feb 2026. How to request near HH?

As title says, we are strongly considering an okw resale contract and want to try a 1BR at okw next year.

I can request at 11 months out since I know my dates, but how do you request near HH? The points chart doesn’t seem to reflect that as an option.

I’ve rented via David’s in the past and that was my plan again.

We have poly and gf Dvc rented stays coming up. We love Dvc villas and think we could see ourselves getting an okw 2057.

It is a bookable category, so it can be guaranteed if it is available. Unlike SSR, both areas at OKW are the same point values.

If you just look at the point chart you will not see the distinction. Read one of the footnotes at the bottom of the chart that tells you of the two classes of booking, When you actually go to book you will be able to choose near Hospitality House if it is still available.

Hope your OKW purchase works out. That's been a home resort for us since the 90s - really like it there. The 1BR are really nice. If you have not yet stayed at OKW, be aware that most of the buildings are 3 floors without an elevator. It's the original DVC resort, and for some reason they didn't view elevators as important in the early 90s!

Booking near HH is pretty straightforward, but those rooms do tend to be a bit more popular than the others, so be ready to book at 11 months or shortly after. No later than 7 months when the rooms open to all DVC members. Welcome Home (Maybe)?!

Thank you! We will be attempting right at 11 mo window so hopefully we get it! As of now, we don’t need elevators but that’s a valid issue long term.
