when can i book for this holiday as when i look on there site it wont let me book with the date i want yet?

which hotel is the best but cheapest?

hope you can help xx

Hi, welcome to Dis.:goodvibes

You should be able to book from July for December.

I would say that flying would be the easiest way as you live in Manchester.
Airfrance and BA fly from manchester to Paris so keep an eye out on the websites and see if there is any good deals. If you don't mind traveling to liverpool you could always try easy jet.

You don't have to stay in a Disney hotel to see the new year stuff. though there is a promation running this year where children under 7 stay free at a Disney hotel, this includes the tickets free for them aswell.

Hello Shell and welcome to the DIS

Jet2 fly is a budget airline that flys from Manchester to Paris, but I don't know if they fly there all year round. Easyjet from Liverpool definitely do, but it's obviously not quite so handy for you. It's worth subscribing to these two websites for updates, as the flights are usually cheapest when they first go on sale. Flights for New Year are not yet available with either airline.

If you want to stay onsite, have a look at the Cheyenne or Sequoia Lodge - both very nice :)

thanks for the welcome
im really excited now and we havent even booked it lol how much roughly would i need to save up for 5nights at a disney hotel?? how much spends would we need over the new year events?
omg sorry didnt realise i needed ask so many questions haha.
wheres the nearest hospital? my son has hydrocephelus and he has a vp shunt if it was to get blocked or infected we have two hours to get him to a neurosurgen or he could go into a coma.prob wont happen but it would be nice to find out just incase.

Best thing would be to order yourself the Autumn/Winter 2006/2007 brochure from here. It will give you the prices for this New Year as a guide for next year.

Breakfast is included in your package so it all depends whether you intend to eat at any of the table service restaurants or whether you will eat at the counter service restaurants. You can get an idea of food prices by studying the menus on this site here.

According to the Brit's Guide to Disneyland Resort Paris by Simon and Susan Veness (a brilliant book that we all swear by on here) there are two English-speaking hospitals in Paris:

the American Hospital in Neuilly
63 Boulevard Victor Hugo
92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine
Tel: 01 46 41 25 25 or 01 47 47 70 15

and the Hertford British Hospital
3 Rue Barbes
92300 Levallois-Perret
Tel: 01 46 39 22 22

The telephone number for the public ambulance service is 01 45 13 67 89 and the one for a 24-hour doctor is 01 47 07 77 77

Hopefully you will only need these as a precaution and you will all have a magical holiday!! :wizard:

Have a look at the Trip Reports thread at the top of the page. There is definitely mention of New Years Eve in the Nick&Mum report January 2006. :goodvibes
