Hey guys, I was all set to do fiber one and diet coke this weekend. But I had to cancel both because of a family emergency (we have to go out of town) I feel so bad. Anyways I received one of my kits today. Does anyone know if I need to return it? Should I email my coordinator?

Did you already unbook them? When I had to cancel an event for the next day I emailed my coordinator (and then called her later and talked 'through' another person to her because she had not answered my email) and let her know I needed to unbook and I could run my kit to the store or I could do it on another day. She had me schedule it for another day so I still did the event (even though it was off date pay). She changed the date of the event rather than me actually unbooking online. Now with Target that may be different as the kit goes to the store but I would email/call your person and if you could do the event on another date you could suggest that. Hope that helps a little. This is my only experience with unbooking an event so others may have other advice.

I already unbooked them today and I went back on and looked and someone else has already booked them. I was just concerned about the kits and if I keep them or what I need to do with them?:cheer2:   TIA

DH has been itching to MS. I read up on it on Volition but it seemed like very little pay & a bit of a pain, especially when first getting started... now if I could find a company similar to the way MC operates I'd definately sign both of us up! Unfortunately, when you ask on Volition you get the standard answer to apply at the zillion companies that are listed & maybe you'll get a call:confused3 , seems like a very secretive community.

It appears like that but honestly we are under contract not to disclose who we shop for. I would say when you first start out do shops that you will enjoy. Like I like coffee so I do shops for the big coffee chain, I do shops at the big national bank that our MC checks are drawn off, I do shops at grocery stores. I shop the local DVD rental place that I would do anyway. That way it does not seem like I am doing a chore for little money. But alot of it is that we are under contract not to disclose info.

I like it it definetely supplement my supplement with MC.

I can totally understand you not being allowed to disclose who you shop for. Are you allowed to tell us where we can sign up, if so could you let m eknow the name of the company so I can try and register?
TIA

Well it has been quiet today.... Everyone at work today?? .........What's Everyone doing this weekend?? Fiber one and Diet Coke here....
Yes, I did HH today. Only 14 on the shelf, I bought 5 and sold the rest. Only used 3 boxes to sample. Hardly anyone in the store and many didn't want to sample.

I'm doing Pace frozen entrees Thurs and Diet Coke Plus on Sunday.

My character for the day:
this young adult male comes up and asks me if I've seen a red head go by, "you know, the one I was with earlier". Then he asked me if "we" ever skateboarded on the edges of the food bunkers on "our" breaks. (No idea who "we" is other than me, and why we would do that?) Um, no I don't skateboard. "Oh, you really should try it!" So I tell him I have a brain malformation and have trouble just walking. "So you can't surf either, huh?" No I don't surf. (Kansas is known for it's surfing:rotfl: ) He continues talking about how bad it must be to not be able to skateboard. I finally asked him how old he thought I was. He guessed 32, but I'll be 50 this summer and told him people my age don't really care about skateboarding!! Then he starts talking about "that chick that just went by" who shoots drugs between her toes and had scars from her tracks, and so on. He then announces that he doesn't do all the stuff, he just sticks to pot. Thanks for letting me know:sad2:
All this time he was sitting on the food bunker right next to my table. I was so relieved when he finally left.

I've had this happen twice, where I've unbooked an event and still received the kit. I've been asked to drop the kit off both times, so yes, I would still drop the kit off at the store - give to the mgr/lod etc. They do not re-ship a kit to the new person. And, really, think of you would feel if you were the new person assigned to the event and there was no kit for you. Anyway, the first time was for Target. They asked if I'd drop it off. Sure, no problem. The second time was for the big Garnier event at Walmart in January. I had to unbook about 5 days before because I was really, really, really sick. They asked if I could drop it off since it was a big event and they'd pay me $14 just to drop it off. I was really sick, but yeah, I made it out there. Got a check a week or two later. I am NOT saying you'll get anything for dropping it off, but just letting you know my experience.

I was just going through my Fiber One/Trix yogurt event box and just assembled the “cooler”. Does this cardboard “cooler”, without a top, really keep anything cool? How are you suppose to use it? :confused3 Place the product on the floor, then cover it up with the “cooler”?

I was also confused about the "cooler." It doesn't look like it will keep anything cool.:lmao:
Are we supposed to put the items in the plastic bag and put the bag in the cooler?? I think a lid would be helpful.:confused3

I have an event booked for 5/5 & it is 4hrs. There is an event avail on the same day for 5 hrs. I'd love the 5 hour one & would like your opinion on whether or not I should unbook the 4 hr one. Does anyone know if this will be a problem?

Has anyone received their $25 gift card yet from the Points program for quarter ending March 31?

Nope haven't recieved my gift card yet.... Hoping they send it soon!!!
No new events here yet....

Well< I would go ahead and unbook it and pick the other one, I don't think they care which one you do...
wendy
