ok so normal household use should be just fine.
Maybe this one got beat up in transit.. whoever had it last round sent it UPS in its original box. No extra padding.

If the price was right I would buy one.. new of course! However, the Keurig looks interesting .. just because it has lots of different coffee and tea.
Looking forward to demo that one at ST.

I have to say that when i demoed it i used it non stop for the four hours and had absolutely no problems with it, mayb eit was a bad faulty machine, apparently there were a lot of those the first time out...

Parents arrived Monday (leaving Sun/Mon). 4 more arriving today (leaving Thurs). And 2 more arriving Thursday just for the day.

Some events at the Super Targets here just popped up. I booked one called Chocolove for 12/10. Hope it is chocolate I wanted to do the David Koenig (Mouse Under Glass) tour at the MK that day but $70 is $70 Besides I can meet him the day before at the Mega Mouse Meet at the Swan. There is also a Stouffer's Corner Bistro Entrees for 12/16 that I may grab. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Still nothing new here... I just got home from another wine event.. another wine tasting guy showed up 3 hrs into my event (not a demo rep - seemed to work for the distributor). He seemed a little miffed that I was there at the same time.. even if it was only for an hour. He made the comment that 'they' don't usually like to have two events at the same time... He was nice enough though, knew what he was selling thats for sure... I ended up buying a bottle of Reisling that he was sampling.

Anyhoo.. have a wonderful holiday... I'm going to my 20th HS reunion on Saturday so wish me luck!

Nothing new for my area. I have one off-date pear event on Tuesday, then nothing till Dec 9 for the Sauve at Big K. After that nothing at all. I want a ST, wah!!!

I'm not going out, either. I used to do it every year, but with my DH being a student this year, money is tight and I'm not spending nearly as much as I used to on Christmas.

I did most of my shopping after Christmas, so I might start getting all those items out and wrapped, and take inventory on what I still need to get.

I don't like rushing around with a lot of crowds, it isn't that much fun for me!

Picked up an event for 12/10, so nicely booked for weekends only in December (except Christams weekend).
MN can't sell wine in grocery stores.. so no wine events for me at ST.

They had only three events total listed for November and December for wine events.
MGM liquor stores and soem nicer stores in suburbs. Passed, I don't drink at all and would feel foolish doing those demos.

I wish they would list more mid week ST deli item types. I made a bunch of money working most of November.


I still have a Tsssimo box sitting in my apartment, they never called and no show.

Anyone have events Saturday?
I'm doing Jello sundae pudding (pudding cups) Saturday and Oregon Chai Tea on Sunday.
Mix milk with concentrate, put in cups, heat in cups in microwave. Give with coupon and packet of instant mix.
Wish there was an easier way to heat and serve... it might be popular if temp drops.. too warm today! 52 degrees!! I'm wearing shorts and long sleeve Tshirt

I saw someone doing salmon today at my closest Super Target. It was pretty good I was checking out the sales and also the cappuccino mix I am doing next Sunday. They had plenty of it on the shelf. I hope it is stocked next week too-it is my 1st event. I picked up an Oops wine and Archer Farms cheescake bites demo for the 8th at a ST a little further away. About 10 minutes. They either did not have my closer S Target or someone got to it before me. I have 2 really close ST (5 and 10 minutes away) and one regular Target about 15 minutes away. I also have 3 close Super Wal-Marts (5, 10 and 15 minutes away) but I have not seen anything at them yet. Some Publix stores come up too but not my close ones. I have 3 of those within 10 minutes as well! I wish my local Publix would come up I know all the workers there already So for December so far I booked:

12/3-Hills Brothers Cappuccino 5 hrs
12/6-Sterling Vineyards Wine Label demo 4 hrs (extra pay)
12/8-Ooops Wine/Archer Farms Cheescake Bites 4hrs
12/10-Chocolove (?) 5hrs

Sitting in a box???? Mine is sitting on my counter making the drinks from the left over this time AND from the first event when my machine was a dud. If... ergh... when they call, then I will package it up. Until then, I'm getting use out of it
