My husband and I have a one bedroom condo with Sheraton's Broadway Plantation in Myrtle Beach, SC. We would be willing to trade it for a one bedroom or a efficientcy in a DVC resort. Our week is floating and the resort is Gold Crown walking distance to downtown attractions. Just thought I'd add to this really quick - the Sheraton Broadway Plantation Resort is a gorgeous resort - This would be well worth the trade! We stay there every year in March and have never been disappointed... as a far as amentities and "newness" it is top notch! Also has an amazing location - right in the middle of everything!
