I just love the rice pilaf at Longhorn Steakhouse. I have looked online, but only found 1 copycat recipe and it does not seem to be it. There are little red pieces in it which I assume are possibly red bell pepper. The recipe I found has nothing in it but onions, bay leaf and chicken broth. Just thought some of you may know someone that works there that knows the recipe. Thanks!
