I have never seen these! Where in Epcot are they located?

One is located on the side of the large fountain in the front of the park. Not sure of any others.

The one you are looking at is located in front of the "Honey I Shrunk the Audience" bathroom. The fountain can be located by looking at the lower portion of the drinking fountain. It has a louver-type grill on the side of the fountain. This is a shot looking towards the Honey I Shrunk the Audience ride:

Also one behind the DVC booth on the walkway bwn WS and FW.

(also one in SEA airport outside the washrooms, which likes to bubble and gurgle to itself, and creates some odd reactions! )
