According to the shirt I got at WDW this past May:

"I only hope that we never lose sight of one thing - that it was all started by a mouse." - Walt Disney

Granted, not the most rock-solid source , but that's a pretty long saying to put on a shirt. I also seem to remember seeing that same version floating around these boards too.

I remember reading it in one of the many biographies on Walt that I have read. . . I will try to find it and let you know.
