So we vacationed at VWL on the 3rd of AUG to the 9th and in the fireplace room in the lobby of the VWL there was a model train that was owned by Walt himself. The train was JUST restored and was in a roped off area behind the fireplace. There was no case surrounding the train just a roped off area, the train covered with a sheet and a security guard on duty watching over the train. Of course, that attracted our attention as to why there was a security guard watching over the train 24 hours a day. Well, we were told they were waiting for the case to arrive for the train to be put into. We were told everyday by a different guard that the case was coming "tomorrow". Well we left on the 9th and no case. Just checking to see if anyone staying can say the train is in its case and fully on display.......Just wondering.
