I believe at the Swan it is Garden Grove but we found it wasn't open every day. We ended up using ours for $20 credit at Java in the Swan and it was plenty of time ahead of rope drop.

I have a vague memory of my card at dolphin offering garden grove or Rosa’s.

However, to PP table service dining is not compatible with aggressive rope dropping as they don’t open until 7am.

ETA- definitely can’t dine at Amare. That is specifically only allowed for SR guests.

That's good to know. I've looked at their breakfast menu and it looks quite good. Guess you saved me a trip!

Well, gee whiz, the Marriott app won’t let me book for my dates ! Booked swan reserve as a backup,but I will continue to try.

I’ve had some weird quirks where it won’t let me book online but the app works and visa versa over the last week. Marriott IT vs Disney IT… not pretty. There are no winners there.

There are some intermittent unavailable dates showing, like December 3 and 9. I have a res for December 7-11, but wonder how a random Tuesday (and a non party date, at that) isn’t available. I have been hoping to get lower rates for my dates, but the rafters now are higher than what I booked back in March.

The conference schedule makes Swolphin’s schedule unpredictable. That random Tuesday could have a big 1 day conference or a couple conferences crossing over or even a conference crossing over with an event like a large wedding.

I actually canceled my reserve and booked the dolphin king bed, fireworks view, balcony. We are very excited. Can someone remind me the best way to get the Disney confirmation number that will link instead of the Marriott reservation number?

The Marriott reservation number always works for me, but you need to give it 24-48 hours after making the reservation to link on MDE.

Be sure to check it’s still linked before you go to make ADRs and LLMP, LLSP, etc. These have been known to disappear in the past. You just have to go through the same linking process you did before if it’s not there.

Kids asked if the Swalphon (specifically the Swan) had the "Disney" channel? What they mean by this, is referring to the channel that shows the mickey mouse cartoons and what used to have the bedtime stories in the on-property hotels.

Hi y’all, and especially a shout out to my man Dan! We are planning a trip right after Thanksgiving and plan to stay at the swan. It has been our go to resort since the 1990s with a shout out to sideshow Bob

Judy!!! From Boise!!! How the heck are you? So nice to see you again. Sounds like all is well with you. Hope also with Dave, Kenz, Mom & Dad.

Always a great time to go, right after Thanksgiving. I've taken many trips at that time. Though none for too long now. Enjoy your time there. If you see SSB, please share a 'hello' from me.

I'll always remember the flag retreat with your dad, a WDW highlight for me. Do you ever hear from Tia. Always fun times with the princess.
