I don't know if it's changed but when I was there in Dec. Fresh Med was a sort of hybrid buffet. There is no buffet, you can get your eggs cooked how you want and then there are some items that used to be on the buffet behind a counter into the kitchen with someone there to serve you (sort of old cafeteria style). If I remember correctly, the bread like items (muffins, etc) were also there but you could serve yourself those. You can also order off a menu. I don't remember pancakes, waffle etc. being on the buffet, but I could be wrong since I wasn't really looking for those. Picabu is pretty quick and does have what you mentioned. I've had fast and slow service there. Again, cafeteria type service like most of Disney QS locations used to be. Depending on the time of the morning, Fuel can be pretty crowded with a longish line. In Sept. when I was there with my son and his family, we had to get our breakfast sandwiches and take them out to the lobby to eat, which was fine for us since the baby was in a stroller.
