Got a response... but not sure how to believe it. The fact that they call it EMHs and not the new name worries me here that this isn't a full response. So the plot thickens...

I reserved a Cabana for today. Love it! It’s $200 for the full day. Comes with 2 floats, 2 beach chairs. Soft drinks and water. Sorry I can’t figure out how to post pics, lol

Not to be Debbie Downer but I do not think they are calling the Deluxe extra hours Extra Magic Hours. So he is correct but the letter is misleading.

Ok and now this response... so who really knows... I really want to see it on Disney's App for sure!

(For reference - here's what my email said: Thank you Zaheer – Something worth noting. Disney has eliminated the Extra Magic Hours benefit and is starting a new benefit called “Early Theme Park Entry”. Their My Disney Experience App has a list of hotels eligible and the Swan and Dolphin is NOT on this list. Can you advise the appropriate folks at the Swan and Dolphin of this – because currently you are not eligible for this new benefit when it starts. Here are the hotels they say are eligible: [picture from app here]

Hi..did you book ahead of time or while you were on-site...I booked online for my trip in 3 weeks and it said cost of 300.00..

You won't use it at the swan. But at the parks you will which really only cuts using it for a room key or the food at swan.

You can't tie your purchases at the Parks with the Magic Band to your credit card if you're staying at the Swan, right?

Correct, there just used for reservations and fast pass if they ever come back. Mobile order for food will be the majority of phone use at the parks.

Sure is a LOT of different opinions coming from the S/D. App says they do, with the menu, prices and instructions how to order and return your plates and all. And now this email. I guess you'll have to find out when you get there to actually be sure.

@Dan Murphy - I agree, my guess is that things are in flux, maybe higher occupancy or staffing shortages, or both.
