Yes. After being on hold for 92 minutes, the CM found my Dolphin ressie # and added it to my MDE. I checked while still on the phone and it updated! He knew exactly what to do and was quick about it. Only took about an hour and 45 minutes.Yes you just need to get the "Marriott" confirmation number from the third-party and not their "internal" confirmation number.

Looking at the photo, there do not appear to be many (or any) room balconies. The rooms are described as having floor to ceiling windows. You probably will need to call to absolutely confirm.Okay I’m back with another question. I’m apologizing in advance but I haven’t been anywhere in over a year and am just busting at the seams with excitement over booking this trip!
I booked the room now with DH’s gold status. He will have achieved platinum status by the time we get to this trip. Does anyone know what that may get us at the Swanserve? I’m hoping to get a room with a balcony. We are currently booked on points but would pay cash to upgrade.
ETA: There wasn’t a balcony category to book online, so I’m hoping balcony rooms that aren’t suites actually exist.
Just to confirm the great info from @Gitelfor there are no balconies at the Reserve.I’m hoping to get a room with a balcony.
I've never been, but I was looking into it and saw a Groupon, it was listed for Mandara Spa at Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin so you might want to see if it's still available and works for you.Hi! I finally got my ressie linked to MDE, woohoo! Something so satisfying about seeing it in the app.
I was thinking about treating the girls ( 17 and 18 years old ) to a spa visit upon our arrival. Has anyone been to the Mandara and how’d you like it? I’m thinking mani/pedi and maybe a facial.
thanks, this group is SO helpful!

Darn! I thought those corner “ledges” were balconies but now that I zoom in, they don’t appear to be.

Sweet! Pun intended. Thank you! DH will actually be Bonvoy Platinum by the time we go. I have to study to see how Suite Night awards work because we’ve never been Platinum before. I’m hoping that means we can be upgraded to a suite, and therefore a balcony. The previously-posted photo was a shot of the construction’s progress. ETA The balconies occur in suites.
From the images I've seen, it appears that the balconies only may occur on one elevation. When you place room requests, you always can ask for a balcony, to have the best shot as rooms are assigned.Sweet! Pun intended. Thank you! DH will actually be Bonvoy Platinum by the time we go. My understanding is that only the 2 Presidential suites at the Reserve will have a balcony out of the 149 total suites. The previously-posted photo was a shot of the construction’s progress. Image shows people on all of the balconies, if you zoom in. If balconies only are in two Presidential Suites, then I wonder what the image is showing? Unfortunately, the booking site does not even refer to any balconies, from what I've seen. They need to update and improve their information for prospective guests. My understanding is that only the 2 Presidential suites at the Reserve will have a balcony out of the 149 total suites.
