Walt Disney World Losses and Gains?

Can anyone help me build a list of WDW attractions, shows and experiences that have been lost in recent years, but list these against a similarly comparable gains.
For example
LOSS - Main Street Station Welcome Show / GAIN + Castle Welcome Show ,
or at AK
LOSS - Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade / GAIN + Rivers Of Light Water Show

^I think that one is better expressed as LOST Backlot Tour / GAIN TSL

Right now, GML is a straight up loss, although that will eventually be offset by Runaway Railway (numerically, at least).
