The latest sets in the Walt Disney Treasures series were released on Dec. 19, 2006. I really want the "Your Host, Walt Disney", but I can't find it anywhere. I saw it at Christmas time, but can't find it now. I've even tried online at Chapters and Amazon, but nobody seems to have it new. It couldn't have been put back in the "vault" after only a couple of months could it? It is still available on the U.S. versions of Chapter & Amazon, but I don't want to have to pay the duty on it. 4 different sets were released in Dec, but I'm really only looking for that one. Has anyone ever ordered from the U.S. and can give me an idea of duty works out to?

Thanks

Try E-bay. The silver tins are limited editions so they might be sold out in Canada. Duty can be a nightmare, as in expensive, especially from places like Amazon.

I've ordered dvds from Amazon.com before and I didn't have to pay any duty on them. The way they are set up is that if the item is available in their Canadian warehouse, they will ship it from there. If it comes from the U.S., you may have to pay a $5.00 Canada Post processing fee plus GST/PST when it arrives, but I wasn't charged that for my last order.

I bought that one... and planning on buying others at HMV. It was around 30 or 40 dollars

I saw it at Lablaws yesterday they had a few copies of it left.

just as an update, I ended up buying this from Amazon.ca
Although they said it was not in stock, it arrived at my place 3 days after I ordered.
I haven't watched it yet....
