Hello to everyone! I am new to the DIS Boards, but have been reading them for some time. I have my first question - has any one ever booked their entire vacation (room, tickets, flight, car) through Walt Disney Travel Company? I was just wondering if anyone has any problems with flights, etc? Thanks in advance!

I have not, but my MIL has, and she has had flight/room/tickets/and shuttle service taken care of. She calls the CRO office, and all of the paperwork arrives at her house. She gives them a few time options with the flights and it seems to work for her, she likes the convience, but you probably could save some money doing it yourself.

I have previously used WDTC for all of my arrangements including Air and it went without a hitch....very easy to work with.

I have used Walt Disney Travel to make all my travel plans, Air, Transfers..etc...It all went wonderful!

We also always use them for everything but the car and they are great! This time I booked online and it caused a few glitches when I had to call and change our dates, but other than that all was fine. I just feel better knowing one place is taking care of it all (except for the car service, which I prefer to book).

This is my second time using them, and the first time was great. This time around I got a few quotes and the one from Disney was actually a better deal than the one offered through a wholesale "member's only" club that we belong to, and the Disney one offered trip insurance for under $100. just in case. I emailed Small World Tours from a link on the Mousesavers site and was totally blown off by the "agent" that was supposed to get in touch with me. My suggestion - get a few quotes and compare notes.

That's how I booked our trip. I haven't had any problems at all!! They have answered any questions I had, and were always helpful. I plan on booking my b-day trip through them also in Nov.

We have booked our entire trip through WDTC including Magical Express and our flights. My fiance and I got really lucky when we got a significantly discounted airfare through WDTC for our American Airlines flights and because they are booked through Disney, they were cancelable up until 45 days out (we since got them ticketed early so we could upgrade so they are no longer cancelable tickets).

The only thing I am considering is instead of using ME, getting a town car for pick up and return to the airport because of the time ive heard ME taking at MCO and the trip to the hotel.

Thanks for the replies. I have been researching flights and cars for a while now. But, through Disney, our flight is much cheaper. I just did not know if it was worth the savings. I can't wait until September!

We have always used Disney Travel in the past and have had no problems. This year we're using Small World Vacations and are saving us a ton of money!!! The woman helping me is great communicating through e-mails and she will also watch for additional discounts as they become available. Good Luck!!!!!
