Walt Disney Travel Company Magical Savings Card????

So Im contemplating booking our trip for Nov. through Costco and they are offering a "Walt Disney Travel Company Magical Savings Card" with the package. Has anyone used this thus far in 2015? If so would you be able to tell me what places and what sort of discounts are included? Thank you!!
