Walmart's in-store 8GB Nano special tomorrow -- which generation is it?

Does anyone know -- is this the latest generation? It says it's available through 12/24 - what are the odds we'll be able to pick one up tomorrow if not there at 8am?

I got my own answer by calling -what a concept!! LOL

They are the newest generation and they have many colors to choose from. The store I called said they have a lot on hand and we should be okay as long as we come in the morning (still shooting for 8am though!)

hmmm... i wonder if there would be any way to divide up that $50 GC? Oldest dd already has iPod and iPhone, another dd is getting an iTouch, and the other dd and ds are getting iPod nanos... would love to be able to put like $10 each in their stockings...

I don't think you can use an itunes card to purchase another itunes card. They are only good for music, videos etc at itunes store as far as i know.

DH is at store now... first he was told he COULD break up the $50 card into two $25 cards (only come in increments of 15, 25 and 50) but then apparently when he went to buy it, a manager came and said he could NOT break it up... so it's only ONE $50 card...

You can't use an iTunes card as payment for other iTunes cards.

I picked ours up at 4:30 this afternoon and was surprised that they still had several of the $50 iTunes promo's left!!!!

I picked one up this afternoon. They still had loads of green and orange ones left at our store. We were in and out of the electronics department in under 5 minutes. I'm so glad we didn't try and do this on Saturday morning, this was much easier.
