Walmart Iphone Deal

Have they started the iphone deal with the $75 gift card yet? Not supposed to start until tomorrow at 8am but with everything starting early was not sure what they would do.

I just left our local Walmart. I went to the cell phone store inside to ask the salesperson if they had plenty in stock if I come back in the morning, she said they have about 50 in stock. The Ad said they go on sale at 8, but she told me the cell phone store will not open until 9 and they "surely will have plenty if you are here at 9am."

Thanks we live in a pretty rural area so our store isn't super big and we are switching our carrier and we all (5 of us) just have basic phones so we are going to need five. Keeping my fingers crossed that they have them.

I went to get the phone this morning and their computers were down, but they took our names and numbers and put them ON the phone and reserved it for each person. Well, here it is 4:38pm and their computers are STILL down. UGH

I went by Walmart around 11am and had my time wasted by incompetent and uninformed employees for two hours, so I gave up and went to Best Buy.

Finally went in around 7, took about 45 mins but we walked out with the phone and gift card.
